Whether you're a beginner or a seasoned pro, our classes cater to all levels. Join our supportive community today and experience the thrill of boxing like never before.

All group sessions run for 45 minutes and you are welcome to arrive 15 minutes early to warm up and stretch. Classes are limited to 20 people per session. Group sessions are included in a membership plan or you can attend casually.

What class types do we offer?

BOX'N'BURN

Box 'n' Burn is a 45 minute high-intensity workout that engages your entire body, helping you to build strength and endurance while burning calories. There is a focus on getting your heart rate up, and sweat on, through cardio exercises and a good smash out on the bags. You can go as light or as hard as you want to, so the sessions cater for all fitness levels.
